We have been manufacturing bathroom products for over four decades. This allows us to provide clients with high quality bathroom solutions. However we also understand the importance of doing what we can to sustain the environment and use water saving technology where possible.

Where can I find Ahti products?

What are your business hours?

We offer a complete bathroom solution and comprehensive range and styles of bathrooms products. Designed at our offices in London we supply interior designers, architects and property developers with a sustainable bathroom solution.

Do you offer interior designer services?

We are happy to discuss bathroom solutions with our clients and assist them with purchases and help with the design process as much as possible. However we do not offer comprehensive interior design services at this stage.

What are the prices of your products?

Our pricing is tailored to the specific requirements of each project. We offer personalised quotes based on quantities required and location. Please reach out to us for a customised price estimate.

Warranty & Installation

Do you provide installation services for your bathroom products?

While our primary focus is on manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, we can provide guidance and support regarding the installation process through detailed product manuals and customer support services.

What to do if a component is missing or your item does not meet quality exceptions?

Please email us at tech@ahtiinteriors.com. Please include photos of what has been received and your order number so our team can assist you promptly. For urgent enquiries, please contact us via phone.

What do I do if I have trouble during installation?

We recommend all products be installed by a licensed tradesperson to ensure they are correctly and safely installed. Please ensure that the specification and installation guide has been reviewed and all required components are on-site.

How many years of warranty do you offer?

  • 7 years warranty on mixer cartridges 
  • 5 years warranty on surface finish

Products

Where are your products designed?

Our products are designed in London by our in-house design team. Maintaining our highest design standards is key to our success and maintaining high quality product standards.

Can we pair different collections of your range together?

Our products are designed to be paired together so you can create a cohesive home design that suits your personal style. Our three collections Baldr, Forest and Mani offer a curated product offering for all design styles and budgets.

What are your products made of?

All of our tapware is made with one of two main base materials; solid brass or stainless steel. Both materials undergo the same colouring processes (PVD, AEA, or PSLT); however, because of the difference in the material, the finish can vary slightly between products and batches.

Under what pressure and temperature conditions do your products work?

While our taps are designed to operate effectively across a range of water pressures, it's advisable to maintain a consistent medium pressure for optimal performance. 

Products work best when pressure is between 150kPa and 500kPa and temperature between 1C and 75C.

How do I clean your products?

For maintenance, avoid using abrasive or harsh chemical cleaners. A soft cloth with a mixture of water and mild detergent will suffice. Rinse and wipe them dry after cleaning to prevent water spots. Periodically check for mineral build-up, which can be removed with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
